AI Content Marketing: A Workflow That Produces Results
AI multiplies whatever system it is dropped into. This is the system worth multiplying: fewer topics, more depth, distribution planned before production.

Plan fewer things, properly
The failure mode of AI content marketing is volume without a point of view. Pick three to five topics you can credibly own, and let every piece ladder to one of them. AI then has a lane, and your audience learns what you are for.
Production: assist, do not abdicate
Use AI for the outline, the first draft, and the channel variants; use a human for the argument, the examples, and the final read. The reason is not purity — it is that unverifiable claims are the fastest way to lose the trust the programme exists to build.
- Outline and structure: AI first, human trims
- Facts, figures, customer stories: human only
- Channel rewrites and variants: AI, lightly edited
- Final read for voice and accuracy: human, always
Distribution beats production
One strong piece deserves a week of distribution: a social thread, three short clips, a newsletter section, and a follow-up answering the best comment. Decide that plan before writing, so the piece is built to be cut apart.
Measure the decision, not the dashboard
Track one number per goal and review monthly: qualified enquiries for demand, saves and shares for resonance, and time or spend per useful action for efficiency. Everything else is context, not a scoreboard.

Questions worth answering
Clear answers for the questions that usually appear after the first click.
Does Google penalise AI-assisted content?
Google's stated position is that it rewards helpful, people-first content regardless of how it was produced, and acts against mass-produced pages made mainly to rank. In practice that means AI assistance is fine; publishing thin pages at volume is not.
Should I disclose that I use AI?
Disclose when the reader's judgement depends on it — synthetic imagery of real events, or content presented as firsthand experience. A short site-wide note about how you use AI, like the one on this site, is usually enough for ordinary assisted writing.
How much content should I publish?
Enough to stay in the feed, not so much that quality drops: for most small teams that is three to five social posts a week and one substantial piece a month. AI should raise the depth of that piece, not the number of pieces.
